Do you have a triple net lease? Do you know what a triple net lease is? Most office tenants are involved in a triple net lease, so energy conservancy is of the utmost importance. Turn off the lights and put on a sweater! Not bad ideas to cut the bills.... but hear from the experts what innovative (or not so innovative but simple) products and services are on the market to save you some real green.
