Being a system design company, PSI conducts studies, develops energy models and concept designs, implements recommendations, provides patented technology, controls engineering and commissions the new system start up.
In addition, you have the option of contracting PSI as a third party to monitor and verify - on a daily basis - the performance and operation of those systems. Customers have various financing options that include performance contracting where PSI provides the capital to implement recommendations. The energy savings are guaranteed in an Energy Service Agreement and PSI is held accountable for the ongoing performance of those energy savings.
