REPORTS TO: President
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience:
- Must have 3 years combined experience and related education in business administration, in business or non-profit organization.
- Experience with implementation of sustainable office practices is a plus.
- Computer and Web: Microsoft Access or other relational database programs, Excel and Word. Experience with Quick Books or similar required. Experience on PC and Mac platforms preferred. Experience using web tools such as Google docs, Basecamp, social networking sites and on-line survey tools is preferred.
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
- A degree or certificate in business, office management or non-profit management.
Personal Characteristics:
- A passion for sustainability and a belief that business can be a force for positive change and the prosperity of the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to President and other staff as needed, including clerical, scheduling and E4S network communications.
- Receptionist and host duties for office and special events.
- Support fund development including tracking and maintenance of grants, donations and sponsorships.
- Support the membership program marketing, tracking and invoicing needs.
- Manage finance record keeping and billing.
- Manage event marketing, planning and logistics.
- Provide marketing and communications support.
- Maintain web site content, email programs and database.
- Manage E4S Connection and Learning Center including space, supplies, maintenance and safety.
- Maintain personnel policies, personnel records and manage health care benefits.
- Manage the sales of on-line events and products.
- Manage Board communications and meeting logistics.
- Other duties as assigned.
