Courtney DeOreo, network and resource developer for Entrepreneurs for Sustainability, was elected president of America`s oldest civic forum. Lee Friedman Hill, executive director of Leadership Cleveland, was elected vice president; Hewitt Shaw Jr., managing partner of Baker & Hostetler LLP, treasurer; and Edward Asher, president of Guardian National Title Insurance Co., secretary.

New directors elected to the board through 2009 are: Doug Clifton, editor, The Plain Dealer; Sister Maureen Doyle, director of the Urban Community School; and Paul Harris, executive vice president, secretary and general counsel of KeyCorp.

Nicole Braden Lewis, associate of Tucker Ellis & West LLP, and James Malz, president of the Cleveland market of Chase, will serve one-year terms through 2007. The organization was established in 1912 to encourage new ideas and a free exchange of thought.
