There was nothing prehistoric about the talk Joel Makower gave at the Museum of Natural History in October. An internationally recognized sustainable business strategist, he discussed innovation as a key tool in building a sustainable economy.

Makower`s engagement was part of the Third Tuesday Network Events put on by Entrepreneurs for Sustainability (E4S). Founded in 2000, E4S brings together those interested in revitalizing Northeast Ohio trough sustainable principles and practices. There are currently more than 2,700 members in its network
database.

To accomplish its mission of encouraging and supporting increasing numbers of businesses and organizations to discover the benefits of sustainability, E4S provides network connections, learning programs and resources and industry-focused economic development projects.
