LEED certification for his IMG Center Building to benefit all that work in the building! This will be the first non-governmental LEED certification. Soon the IMG Center Building will have solar panels on the roof too!

Jim Breen is the ultimate steward of commercial buildings. He is determine to make all their buildings LEED certified. He is willing forgo the short-term financial gain to benefit in long-term with his green investments! He is determines to Cleveland on the map with Green commercial buildings!

That is his mission this year! To join more groups locally and share their successes to encourage others to do the same.
